Our aim at 173tech is to make analytics quick and painless for any business, we do the heavy lifting so you can focus on getting value from the data.
The quickest and easiest way to start things off is by arranging a demo. In this short session, we will go through how we work, what we build and show a few examples. Then we will need to know:
The business problem you are trying to solve.
Which data sources you need to integrate.
Any current data tools in place.

The more information we can get on your project, the more accurate our pitch will be. As a general rule of thumb the more data sources you need to integrate, the longer the project, the higher the cost.
We may need to dig into your data itself before we can give you a full timeline, in which case we will conduct a small review phase and then be able to provide you with a new scope.
We will run you through our pitch on a call so you can ask any questions/get clarification without playing email tennis.

With the contract signed, we will be good to go!
We conduct a weekly sync call through Google Meet for all major updates on the project. This is typically where most of our questions or clarifications are asked and so it is important that key stakeholders are involved.
We then use Slack for adhoc questions and smaller updates.
We know everyone is busy and aim to make working with us as hassle-free as possible.

We always keep the lines of communication open, and provide a very low-cost maintenance offer aimed at keeping everything we have built up and running, dealing with adhoc requests and answering questions.
We genuinely hope that no client is reliant on us in the long-term, but this service is especially useful if you have a small data team or want to tap into our expertise.
