Treatwell is the industry’s smartest salon management software connecting 40,000 salons across 13 countries. They had a robust data stack and capable data team, but were looking for some specific expertise with marketing analytics.


The Treatwell team onboarded us very quickly and and we put together a roadmap for the marketing team. Our focus is always on providing value as quickly as possible and so we designed our work incrementally, starting with the core data sources and adding more sources and more modelling as we went on. We connected and modelled data along the customer journey from Salesforce, GA4, Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok and went on to work on high-ROI projects such as lead scoring and competitor insights.


We were able to integrate the full sales funnel and marketing data across all of Treatwell’s channels, creating one source of the truth for all things marketing. We delivered a number of bespoke dashboards using Looker and presented key strategic recommendations on both marketing data and for the marketing team themselves.
