Objective

Heroes is a technology-driven company that acquires, operates, and scales multiple e-commerce businesses. With so many brands to keep track of, they were looking for a centralised analytics platform that could automate reporting.

Solution

We built a bespoke data stack that allowed Heroes to pull through granular product info across their brands in one platform. We automated reports on brand management, profit & loss and more, drastically reducing the time taken to compile reports.

Value

While time-saved on reports was obviously a bonus, the main outcome was that Heroes were able to better support and grow the different businesses with easy access to granular insights. No off-the-shelf solution could have delivered what they needed to drive those businesses and our system instantly added value to new acquisitions.
