Background
Heroes is a technology-driven company specialising in acquiring and scaling Amazon eCommerce brands. As their portfolio grew, performance tracking became increasingly fragmented and time-intensive. Each brand operated with separate systems and metrics, making it difficult to consolidate information and compare performance at scale.
Heroes needed a centralised analytics platform that could; streamline operations, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights across brands to drive growth.

Tracking 20+ Brands: Managing performance individually for each brand created complexity. Different KPIs and systems made portfolio-level analysis slow and inconsistent.
