The largest part of any project is the creation of code which applies your bespoke business logic to multiple data sources. Modelling is an upfront investment but once created it will run for years. The more metrics you need, the more modelling, the higher the cost.

Predictions
Propensity models around lifetime value and churn risk, require us to factor in a large amount of historical data and then match that to the attributes of an individual customer. Advanced modelling will take longer and so the more predictions you need, the higher the cost.

We generally think it is better to break down larger goals into iterative projects and ensure that we are creating value for you every step of the way. So whilst we will be more than happy to offer ongoing support, we will always break down our work into smaller project steps.
