Musely provides medical skin care treatments through technology, enabling top dermatologists and pharmacists to deliver and administer medical treatments to tackle all of your skin care needs. They had a very well organised internal team who had done a great job setting up their core reporting, but this was not done in a scalable way. The team were aware of a number of data silos that had prevented Musely from gathering key business insights quickly and so needed firm recommendations on the technology that would help them uncover these insights.


Over four weeks, we spoke with key stakeholders across the business to map out the customer journey and key touchpoints throughout. In tandem we also investigated the existing infrastructure and especially the three separate databases which were creating silos in the customer journey. From here we wrote up our extensive findings.


We were able to put together a review which compared different solutions which allowed Musely to easily pick and choose their data stack. Our findings helped Musely identify $45k of annual savings from their existing setup and more importantly laid out a realistic timeline for them to integrate their different reporting requirements.
