MUBI is a global film streaming platform, production company and distributor. With millions of users on their platform, small changes could have a huge impact and MUBI were looking to keep on top of their customer performance with key insights delivered automatically.
We kickstarted their analytics strategy with a series of stakeholder sessions, so we can understand which drivers really made a difference to MUBI. We then created a data dictionary so that everyone understood which data was important, where that data was coming from and what different terms meant. We then built a data modelling layer and analytics cluster which allowed for both metrics of customers as a whole and on an individual basis.

We delivered six dashboard covering subscription retention, film performance, viewing engagement and more. Each of the dashboards had the ability to toggle to seeing information at a high level or in granular detail. These insights helped MUBI hit $134.0m Revenue with 8M customers in 2022.
