Data Analyst

What You Will Do.

This is a great opportunity for anyone keen to build a broad knowledge of analytics and its immediate impact on growth. You will be working with some of the most inspirational and energetic teams on a wide range of projects. Please see below a list of the tasks that will be expected on the role:


  • Advise clients on the most optimal ways to leverage their data and impact growth.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team in order to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Analytics Engineering:

  • Design and implement data models in order to ensure quick and efficient data manipulation.
  • Implement data testing in order to ensure high integrity of the data pipelines.
  • Setup automated extraction pipelines or write custom extractors and productionise them with the support of our data engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team during the deployment and maintenance of data architectures.


  • Deliver automated dashboards using various visualisation tools.
  • In-deep analyses on a wide range of topics in order to provide actionable insights for our clients.

Data Science:

  • Develop data science models including but not limited to LTV and retention prediction, user segmentation and growth forecasting.

Don’t worry if some of the above looks unfamiliar yet. You will be supported by some of the sharpest minds in analytics. If you are confident in 50% of them, we will help you grow into the other 50%!

Who You Are.

Experience & Education:

  • 1-2 years experience in an analytics role.
  • A degree / master’s level education, ideally within a quantitative discipline, e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.

Strategic Skills:

  • Business-focused and ability to produce actionable insights.
  • Organised, collaborative and ability to deliver projects in a timely fashion.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience analysing data to drive business impact.

Technical Skills:

  • Good SQL skills.
  • Knowledge in another programming language such as Python or R or a keen desire to develop programming skills.
  • Good statistical understanding.

Other Skills:

  • Strong ability and desire to learn.

Interview Process

First Round

A 45-minute interview with 2 of our lovely team members. We will share with you the company culture, role responsibility and more importantly get to know you and assess your suitability for the role.

A Little Test

Following the success of the first round, we will send you a home test which should take around 1 hour to complete. It will cover both business and technical questions.

Final Round

A 45-minute interview with one of our co-founders.
